I have been baking since I was a kid. And have always loved

the smile on people's faces when they have my delicious baked treats, especially their amazed looks when I tell them its  all vegetarian!

I began my career as a software engineer, all the while "troubleshooting" a lot of new recipes & dreaming of having a bakery one day.  But I didn't realize this one day could come sooner than I imagined. I run a home-bakery now and have developed tons of great recipes during this time. Sharing my no-egg recipes with this blog, I hope to spread the baking joy far and wide!
